Below is information regarding this Tuesday’s August 4, 2020 Primary Election for City of Richmond Residents.

On Election Day, both Precincts 1 and 2 vote at the Community Center, 36164 Festival Drive, Richmond MI, 48062

  • Polls are open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm

Due to Covid-19, new requirements will be observed:

  • Voters will be asked to maintain a 6 foot distance.
  • Masks are encouraged.
  • The front door to the building is for entrance only and only one line will be formed.  Once you get to the front of the line, you will then proceed to your correct precinct.
  • Because of the distancing requirements, only a limited number of people will be able to be in the building at one time.
  • Please have your driver’s license, passport or state issued ID ready to help process voters quicker.

For those who still need to register to vote or who would prefer an absent voter ballot, City Hall, (36725 Division Road, Richmond, MI 48062) will be open on Saturday, August 1st from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm to issue absent voter ballots or to register new voters.

  • If you have requested an absent voter ballot, it must be received by 8:00 pm on August 4th.
