[ARCHIVED] Waste Management Service Delay

Waste Management Monday pickups delayed due to Winter Storm

Waste Management’s Southeast Michigan collection operations will be closed Monday due to the dangers posed by below zero wind chill factors to employees and deteriorating road conditions caused by heavy snowfall. Residential waste and recycling services provided under community wide municipal contracts will be delayed by one day. Commercial and Industrial collection will resume Tuesday but customers should be aware that collection dates and times will be dependent on road and weather conditions. Individual subscription residential service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection date. Affected counties are Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Monroe, Washtenaw, Bay, Genesee, Saginaw, Shiawassee and Ingham.
