 The Recreation Department is committed to providing clean, safe, and well-maintained parks and facilities to the citizens of Richmond and it's surrounding townships, and is dedicated to coordinating efficient cost-effective programs and special events to promote and enhance the quality of life in Richmond.

  2. Entries Accepted for Chili Cook Off

    Entries for the annual Chili Cook Off during the Richmond Winter Festival are being taken now! The fee is $10 per entry, and all entries will be judged by the public. Sampling costs $2 per person, begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. 2015 Chili Cook Off Entry Form
  3. Senior Lunches Available at the Richmond Community Center

    Lunches are available daily for seniors over 60 at the Richmond Community Center Monday-Friday. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m., and cost is a suggested donation of $3 per person. Those who cannot pay are still welcome. Call 727-3064 for more information. Read on...
